Group Discounts
We offer a 20% discount for groups of 5 or more participants. All participants must register together, and only one invoice/receipt will be provided. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers, and applicable taxes may apply.
Additional Papers
Authors can submit additional papers for $200 each, provided the papers are written and presented by the same author. This option is available only when a full registration is made under the author's name.
Payment Information
Fees must be paid in advance. We accept most international credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. You will need to register to receive an invoice or make a payment by credit/debit card.
Pre Early-Bird Special Rate
The pre early-bird registration fee of $599 is available until 30 December 2024 to encourage early participation. We recommend prospective participants register early to take advantage of this discount.
Payment Deadlines
To receive the early-bird rate, payment must be made by 30 January 2025. Registrations can still be accepted after this date, provided payment is made via credit/debit card at the time of booking.
Participants who have not pre-registered but wish to attend the conference are welcome, subject to availability. Payment will be required upon arrival and will include a $100 late registration fee in addition to the standard fee.
Early-Bird Conditions
To qualify for the Early-bird rate, we must receive the full registration fee by the published Early-bird deadline. While we aim to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may delay this. If a paper is not accepted, a refund will be issued, minus a $100 cancellation charge.
Invoice Information/Changes
Before submitting your registration, please review your invoice carefully. Any changes after the invoice has been issued will incur a $25 administration fee per change. If you spot any errors, please contact us via email before the invoice is raised so we can assist you. For registration-related queries, please reach out to the conference secretary at contact@renewableenergyconference.org.
Conference Proceedings
Conference proceedings, available in both electronic and hard copy formats, will be provided to all participants with a dedicated ISBN/e-ISBN.
Cancellations
Refer to the cancellation terms and conditions for more details.
*Cancellations for group registrations that have benefited from applicable discounts will either be transferred to the next event or incur a charge of 70% of the registered amount. The remaining balance will be refunded four weeks after the conference concludes. Refunds for accommodation will be processed within six weeks after the event. A 5% service fee will be applied to all refunds, regardless of the payment method used.
Visa Information
We are unable to arrange visas for participants. We recommend checking with the nearest host country embassy to determine if a visa is required. If a visa is needed, apply as soon as possible. Once you have registered and paid, we can provide a confirmation letter verifying your registration and payment for the conference.
