Guidelines
Welcome to the Renewable Energy Conference 2025, a leading forum for advancing knowledge and innovation in renewable energy. To maximize the effectiveness and engagement of the event, we kindly request that all participants adhere to the following guidelines. These protocols are established to ensure seamless interactions, uphold the integrity of presentations, and maintain the conference's esteemed standards. Your cooperation in following these guidelines will contribute significantly to the overall success and collaborative spirit of the conference.
Registration Guidelines
- Registered attendees must collect their conference materials from the registration desk, available starting at 8:00 AM at the conference venue.
- The registration desk will remain open daily from 8:00 AM onwards during the conference.
- At the registration desk, you will receive your conference badge, folder, abstract book, and program.
- Onsite coordinators at the desk will be available to address your questions at any time.
- Lunch vouchers will also be distributed at the registration desk. Kindly provide these vouchers to the restaurant staff when ordering lunch.
Speaker Guidelines
- Program schedules are subject to minor changes, so speakers should be present in the meeting room from the start of the conference on their presentation day.
- Each speaker is allocated 20-25 minutes, including a 17-19 minute talk and time for introduction and questions. Please adhere to the timing as per the schedule.
- The conference language is English.
- Presentations should be in PDF or PPT format, with clear and legible visuals.
- Submit presentation slides at least 30 days before the conference and bring a backup on a flash drive or storage device.
- Ensure your presentation works properly before the session begins.
- The meeting room is equipped with a digital projector, screen, laptop, slider with pointer, cordless and desktop microphones, and a basic sound system.
- Using personal laptops is discouraged unless absolutely necessary due to timing and technical considerations.
Poster Guidelines
- Poster dimensions should not exceed 1 meter in width and 1 meter in height.
- Posters must be prepared beforehand and brought to the conference by the presenter.
- Onsite printing is not available, so posters must be printed in advance.
- Presenters should be available at their posters during the entire poster session to engage with attendees.
- Posters must be collected at the end of the day; any left behind will be discarded.
- Best Poster awards will be announced at the conclusion of the poster session, as judged by the panel.
Certification
- All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee. Names and affiliations will be printed as per our records. For corrections or updates, please contact us at least one month prior to the conference.
- Certificates will be distributed during or after the session. Please remain in the hall until the session concludes.
- E-certificates will be emailed within 5-7 working days after the conference ends.
- Co-authors who are not registered for the conference will not receive certificates.
